After my first recipe video (which is here in case you missed it), I was itching to start working on the second one. I wanted something different from the first one in terms of the look and feel, so I went with bolder and brighter colours, as well as flavours!  So here it is…kale chips with a touch of Mexican flavours.  Yes, I know you’ve probably been bombarded with kale chips over the last few years, but you have to admit, they taste pretty darn good, don’t they?
